Round 4 ruined for a contact with a prototype

A round 4 ruined for a contact with a prototype in the 6 hours of Fuji. The start was not easy because the rain and the wet condition on the track, so we lost positions from P5 to P10. The track was so wet that it was difficult to see the other cars, after few laps I go up to P7 anyway, then a Safety Car got in the track at the right moment, so we did pretty good with our strategy. I was in P4.

We really had a good pace, the car was going great. Sam was very fast during his stint, so we were leading the class. I was at 10/15 seconds from the Porsche, when I was overtaking the GTAM Porsche, crashing with a prototype. The suspension was gone.

Unluckily it was a mistake that we paid in terms of the race, it’s a shame because we could be the winners, with a good pace and a good car. We just need to stay focused on the next round, Shanghai China!
