As per tradition, the 24 Hours of Daytona (Florida) will inaugurate Davide’s sporting season.

The Ferrari GT Competizioni official driver will be behind the wheel of the Ferrari 488 Evo GT3 number 62 of the American team Risi Competizioni based in Houstone, Texas. For Rigon it will be the sixth edition with the “stars and stripes” team and will share the cockpit with fellow countryman Alessandro Pier Guidi, the British James Calado and the French Jules Gounon.

The 59th edition of the Rolex 24 Daytona will run from 27 to 31 January and will be preceded by three days of collective tests, scheduled from 22 to 24 January.

“For me it will be the eighth edition, the sixth with Risi Competizioni, of the 24 Hours of Daytona and after the disappointment of the past season we will get on track with a great desire for redemption. There is a good feeling with both Alessandro and James, we know each other very well and this will be a good omen. A 24 Hours is always a lottery game. The pitfalls are truly innumerable and everything must work perfectly. For us Europeans, it is always incredible to reach incredible speeds on banking, an experience that we only want a year ” Davide.
