The first double round of the season in the Asian Le Mans Series 2024-2025, which will take place at the turn of the year, saw two 4-hour races take place on the 5,543 metre Malaysian Sepang track.
At the wheel of the number 28 Ferrari 296 GT3 of AF Corse, paired with Massimiliano Wiser and Manuel Franco, Davide celebrated the podium thanks to his third place in race 2 after finishing the first round in fourth position.
Davide Rigon ‘A podium is always a great result, but some bitterness remains. Before the rain came we were leading by a good margin. Unfortunately the race direction showed the red flag and declared the race prematurely over, so we ended up in third place. The weekend had started very well, with second place in qualifying being the best in the Ferrari house.’
