The second round of the European Le Mans Series 2024, the 4 Hours of Paul Ricard, ends with a fifth place for Davide at the wheel of the Ferrari 296 LMGT3 of the GR RACING team paired with Michael Wainwright and Riccardo Pera.
Davide Rigon #86 ” “It was an incredible race and I’m very happy with my stint, in which I decided not to change the tires, saving 25” and thus recovering several positions. I managed to climb up to third position, but in the final laps they inflicted a drive on us -through for an infringement committed by Pera which practically cost us 35”, thus slipping to fifth place. Too bad.
The third round of the 2024 European Le Mans Series, the 4 Hours of Imola, will take place on Sunday 7 July, but first some. teams and drivers will head to Le Mans to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, scheduled for 15 and 16 June.
