Qualifying day at Shanghai. We were pretty fast yesterday during the free practice even if we had some problem with brakes stability, the car was not easy to drive. Working hard with our crew, AF Corse and Ferrari we finished 2nd behind our team mates James and Gimmi.
Today the two Ford were really too fast for us. Their strategy during the free practice was for sure to be “behind the scene”, thinking to the qualyfing moment. Anyway we have been working a lot on our car, but the temperature on track was too high and that was like an issue for us. We finished 6th and I’m not discontent about my lap.
Now we have only to think about the race, the podium and the points we need to go on fighting for the Championship. I hope somenthing will change with the rules, but right now we can only do our best.
